  • Our first client onboarding was, to put it mildly, a disaster! As a brand-new agency just starting out nearly a year ago, we were still finding our footing and in many ways, had no idea what we were in for. We’d done our best to learn the ropes, and with an enthusiastic pitch and a skilled team, we were able to land some solid leads and even bring on our first few clients. But it wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns. With our very first client, we quickly realized that understanding their needs and translating them into effective solutions was far from straightforward. We misinterpreted expectations, hit communication snags, and struggled to align our deliverables with what the client truly wanted. Every challenge felt like a learning experience, but there were days when it was hard to imagine the process ever going smoothly. However, as they say, patience and perseverance pay off. Over time, we developed a better rhythm, refined our approach and grew to understand our clients’ expectations on a deeper level. What once felt like a chaotic struggle transformed into a productive, collaborative partnership. Today, that very first client—who was there with us through all the bumps and setbacks—remains our longest-standing and one of our most valued clients. Mokobara A luggage brand with a journey as compelling as its products, Mokobara has risen to fame in the D2C travel space since its inception in 2019. The brand's collaboration with Diljit is a testament to their bold, aesthetic alignment.
