✨ A Day of Culture, Connection & Grand Celebration at Money Forward India! ✨ Our Diwali celebration was an incredible fusion of #culture, #learning, and festive #fun! Team members — and even our guests from Money Forward, Inc. and Money Forward Vietnam Co., Ltd — embraced Indian tradition, wearing beautiful traditional attire and joining in to decorate the office with colorful displays and rangoli while we shared the story and significance of Diwali with our guests, enriching the day with cultural connection and understanding. Adding depth to the day, our engineering leaders from Japan (hidemi akiyama) and Vietnam (Aldo) shared how they live out our core value, #UserFocus, in their daily work. Our management team also provided valuable insights, enriching our understanding of how this value shapes everything we do. An engaging #ActiveListening workshop by koichi honda then allowed everyone to learn new skills through fun, interactive games, sparking laughter and connection. This day truly captured the spirit of our User Focus value, building cultural understanding and unity. The celebration wrapped up with a lively Bingo game, with amazing prizes like a TV, tablet, and smartwatch! Each team member also left with a Money Forward-branded gift box filled with Diwali treats and goodies.
