The draft of the MCIA Rules, 3rd Edition can be accessed on our website - https://lnkd.in/gbmUCwWX The 3rd Edition of the MCIA Rules demonstrates MCIA's continued commitment to administer arbitrations in a way which draws on the latest innovations in international arbitration while remaining attuned to the Indian market. This draft draws on MCIA’s experience of managing more than 100 cases since it was founded in 2016, along with advances in international arbitration procedure which can suitably be incorporated into the MCIA Rules.
