We saw how excitedly teachers stepped up to integrate STEM-focused digital tools into their teaching curriculum. A senior teacher mastering technology despite initial struggles. “At my age, I never thought I’d be using digital tools, but now, science is easier to teach and learn!”, he exclaimed happily. Another one said, “Our school has no math teacher, but thanks to digital content, I can now teach math along with science.” This is why we do what we do. By integrating smart TVs, digital tools, and STEM-based content, we’re: ✅ Helping teachers fill subject gaps in understaffed schools ✅ Enabling language translation for Urdu-medium students ✅ Making tough concepts visual, engaging, and fun And the impact? At Teacher Training 2.0 for Digital Shaala, held on Feb 5-6 in Bahraich, teachers dove into role-playing, group discussions, and hands-on digital lesson planning. The training session was delivered keeping in mind the challenges teachers face on a daily basis. Access to technology is one issue, but utilising and planning lessons with the same was another challenge. Open mic discussions brought real-world challenges to life. Through techniques and strategies devised by our teams, a new foundation for learning was established. 🌟𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰'𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 🌟 According to a World Economic Forum 4.0 report, education systems must prepare young students for tomorrow's technology-driven economies. Upskilling teachers and providing digital literacy is essential for ensuring they can guide the next generation. When we introduced coding at the Innovators of Tomorrow - Teacher Training Program, there was initial hesitation. One teacher nervously admitted, “My students are very talented. I must also enhance my skills and improve on my tech skills.” But by the end of the day, her apprehension turned into enthusiasm. Through hands-on Scratch programming sessions, teachers created their first digital projects—a "Cat and Mouse" game—leaving the room inspired. At Muskaan Dreams, we believe empowering teachers with technology is the first step toward a future-ready education system. The Innovators of Tomorrow Teacher Training Program allowed 16 teachers from 20 schools to explore coding and build their digital skills. With newfound confidence, they are now excited to bring coding into their classrooms, ensuring their students are ready for the digital revolution. 🌟The power of Digital Transformation🌟 Teachers from 25 schools in Indore came together for a digital lesson planning & assessment under our flagship Digital Shaala program. This hands- on training session in partnership with Yash Technologies was instrumental in delivering effective student engagement strategies to increase engagement and build digital capacities of teachers. Nigar Ma’am, from Govt. Urdu Kanya Middle School No. 8 said “During exams, I rely on digital content for quick revisions – the videos simplify concepts and help students grasp them faster.” Ramesh Sir, from Govt. H.S. Our Students Engage with Rajasthan’s Hon’ble Education Minister. We were honored to be invited by Hon’ble Minister of Education, Shri Madan Dilawar Ji, to his residence for a meaningful interaction with students from one of our partner schools in Jaipur. During the discussion, students shared how their learning experience and understanding of STEM subjects have significantly improved. Teachers also highlighted how technology is helping them engage students more effectively in the classroom. It was a memorable experience for our students, teachers, and team as they shared their journey with the Hon’ble Minister. In turn, Shri Madan Dilawar Ji emphasized the transformative power of technology in education, highlighting its role in ensuring equal learning opportunities for all students. Recently At TMC School No. 81, students from Grades 6-7 ditched the textbooks and adopted the best way to understand how we breathe. They built a working model of the lungs. Mr. Pritam Limaye Sir, their teacher turned a basic biology lesson into a STEM experiment that made learning feel like magic. Together they built models of the human respiratory system. Using, balloons, tubes, and other craft materials they witnessed their DIY lungs expand and contract as they pulled a balloon-diaphragm. What they learned: ✅ How the lungs, diaphragm & trachea work together ✅ How air flows in & out of the body ✅ Why practical experiments > rote memorization We thank DXC Technology for their continued support and visionary leadership. Recently our students from Pune and Thane schools learnt about human anatomy. They went beyond just the reading and dived into a more practical hands-on approach where they built working models of the human and robotic hand. How exciting! Studying how the human body is designed, how joints, tendons, and muscles work, and how force and motion translate to movement slowly encourages their problem-solving skills through design. By constructing, testing, and improving their models, students learned how theory connects to real-world applications. Why is this important? 🔗 It teaches real-world application of science and physics 🔗Heightened critical thinking & problem-solving skills 🔗Building & innovating fosters collaboration & teamwork in young minds Students explored concepts through design, trial, and teamwork turning abstract science into something real and exciting.
