Are Your Armrests Helping or Hurting You? Poorly adjusted armrests can lead to shoulder, neck, and wrist discomfort—but small changes can make a big difference! Here's how to adjust them for maximum comfort: ✔️ Set the armrest height so your elbows are bent at a 90° angle and your shoulders stay relaxed—not hunched. ✔️ Ensure your elbows hang naturally close to your body without being raised to the sides or front. ✔️ Keep the armrests just a couple of inches above your thighs, allowing forearms to rest gently without pressing against the armrest top. ✔️ Position the armrests close enough to your body to avoid overstretching your arms.
