A Week of #Indictrans Cross Functional Open Meet and Fun Activities In the age of a customer-centric approach, we believe the customer is key to our growth, but what about the team? We strongly believe that our team members, who engage directly with clients, build clients' confidence in our services and the products we deliver, creating a truly customer-centric experience. To ensure everything runs smoothly between clients and our team, it is essential to align all efforts and maintain a consistent quality of deliverables across projects. That’s why, a week before Diwali we organized a cross-functional open meet to align each project team, ensuring the same high standard of delivery in every project. 5 days were action-packed, filled with meaningful activities, learning sessions, and some well-earned outdoor fun. The Week in Focus: We organized a comprehensive open meet, it was was aimed at: ✔ Inspire to move from “Good to Great,” ✔ Dive into essential skills needed for effective #projectmanagement ✔ Standard Operating Procedures (#sop) for Functional Consultants, ✔ Breaking down the handover process and important project #documentation. ✔ Hands-on activities for teams to tackle a real-world scenario ✔ Strategies for managing #clientrelationships ✔ An engaging demo of ERPNext to ensure everyone is aligned ✔ Solution presentation by each team on given client scenario For four days, our team dove into various sessions, each packed with practical exercises. Employee Appreciation Awards: As a part of employee appreciation this time we celebrated the achievements of two standout teams! The PRADAN project team earned the Winner’s Award for their remarkable project success, while the Magic Bus Foundation project team took home the Runner-Up title. Congratulations to both teams for their dedication and impactful work, your efforts truly made impact! Special Session with Dipen Gala from Frappe: We were fortunate to have Dipen Gala from the Frappe team lead an inspiring session, "Good to Great." Dipen’s feedback offered valuable insights, leading us to take immediate action on improving project management, process alignment, and customer feedback. Thank you, Dipen, for an eye-opening session! #Diwali Festivities and Fun Activities: To make the week even more special, we enjoyed a spirited Diwali celebration with fun activities that brought the entire team together. The festive atmosphere added a warm and joyful touch, making the open meet sessions even more memorable. Ending the Week on a High Note: We concluded the open meet with an adventurous trek to the breathtaking Wandre - Nakhind ridge near Pune. The hike was simple yet rewarding, filled with calming scenery and team bonding. It was the perfect way to wrap up a week of hard work and collaboration.
