Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts personnel to join our Finance & Accounts team at News Nation Network Private Limited. Key Responsibilities: * Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports. * Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. * Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. * Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions and produce error-free accounting reports and present their results. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance. * Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. * Support month-end and year-end close process and develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. * Coordinate with Internal & Statutory Authorities on company's behalf for Accounts & Finance related queries. * Responsible for compliances and deliverables MIS, TDS, GST, Professional Tax. * Preparation of FAR Schedule. * GST Return Filing- GSTR1, 3B, Annual returns Requirements: * Having work experience of 4-5years. * Experience with accounting software tally. * Good in presentation/communication skills. * Good experience with Balance Sheet and Taxation. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, internal partners and external vendors. * Ability to work with broad range of people. * Ability to work independently and with professional discretion. * Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
