When 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, it becomes a way of life in an organization. The thought resonated with us at a recent event held in Ninestars’ Chennai office. We were gathered to felicitate the winners of competitions held as part of the Quality Month 2024. The Process Excellence team, under the leadership of T Muthukumar organises an incredible celebration of quality through campaigns, contests, and conversations that cut across our various delivery capabilities. The 2024 edition had great engagement through various activities: • 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 with thought-provoking ideas on achieving zero defects and the value of ISO systems. • 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 on whether hard work or smart work drives success, and if customer complaints are gifts or blemishes. • 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 that showcased creative, quality-driven thinking. • 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗲𝘀 exploring ISO standards, quality techniques, and more. • 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that proposed innovative ideas to enhance our products and services. The theme this year, 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, guided our focus on transforming the role of quality even more into a key driver of success and scale.
