To make advancements in the field of bitumen products for the transportation infrastructure industry, Ooms International Holdings, bV, The Netherlands, was established in 1913. Ooms brand introduced the PMB technology to India to fulfill the increased demand for long-lasting bitumen products for International Airports and Expressways.
