Paradigm Consultants and Resource Private Limited is a Delhi NCR-based boutique consulting firm specialising in the higher education sector. Our vibrant leadership team of seasoned professionals brings significant work experience in developing and managing academic institutions. Paradigm was founded by our MD and CEO, Dr Parag Diwan, who is a noted institution builder and academician. Dr Diwan had led the turnaround of the All India Management Association (AIMA) by creating the Centre for Management Education (CME), at the time the largest private autonomous b-school in India, and by creating the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) for MBA admissions which had over 200,000 test takers in 1999. Dr Diwan founded the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) in 2003 and served as its Vice-Chancellor until 2015, growing UPES into a 12,000-students strong institution offering over 80 programmes including the world’s largest co-branded IT school with IBM. Our team has over 3 decades of hands-on experience in higher education, established several successful institutions, and consulted with many national and international organisations. With our wide range of strategic planning services and capabilities, we have helped the existing players and new entrants in higher education to explore various scenarios and to develop long-term actionable plans to achieve their desired goals.
