Team Pictoreal in collaboration with the 'Zhaade Laava, Zhaade Jagva' foundation, conducted a Cleanliness Drive on 24 November at Late Uttamrao Patil Biodiversity Park, Pune. While cleanliness drives are often seen as initiatives to collect waste, this one was unique. ✨ It focused on removing weeds to support the growth of main trees and maintain a healthy environment. 🌳 The team from the biodiversity park guided the students, sharing valuable information about the importance of removing unwanted plants in preventing fire hazards and promoting biodiversity. 🌱 Thanks to everyone who participated and contributed. Together, we can make a difference! 💪🏻

On 22nd October, Pictoreal's team Pictosocial held the career guidance session for students of class 10 in Sarhad School, Katraj. 🏫 The session included a presentation on different career options available after class 10 such as medical, architecture, design, defence, engineering, law and sports. 📚🎓 A small activity called spin the wheel was also conducted wherein students guessed the names of famous personalities based on their pictures and got to know about their education and work. 🤩 It was an amazing experience for both volunteers and the students as they learnt new information through the session. ✨

On August 24th 2024, Pictoreal hosted an online session via the Microsoft Teams platform on the topic 'How to Write a Research Paper' conducted by our distinguished alumni, Miss Atmaja Mali and Miss Aishwarya Mirashi, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology of Pune Institute of Computer Technology . Our speakers covered a wide range of topics, from the different types of research papers and effective research methodologies to essential tips for conducting seminars and presentations, particularly for the STC subject. Their guidance proved immensely helpful, especially to our third-year students of the Computer Engineering and Information Technology departments. Team Pictoreal extends a heartfelt thank you to Aishwarya Mirashi and Atmaja Mali for your expertise and dedication! Your efforts have left a lasting impact on all attendees. We look forward to organizing more insightful sessions like this in the future!

PictoPlants is a green initiative by Pictoreal dedicated to tree plantation. 🌱 This year, the event was partnered with Anandvan Foundation, an NGO working towards development of urban forests. 🌳 The event was conducted on 10th August at Anandvan Foundation where volunteers showed incredible dedication and enthusiasm by planting numerous trees, of around 30 different varieties, contributing to building urban forests. PictoPlants served to be a contribution from our team for a more greener, sustainable future. ✨
