How do I manage multiple things at a time -- many say it will distract me :-) It's all about putting the right people in the right place and working along with them to achieve common goals. November I am going to be super inactive due to some personal work. And being in a work where communication is the key always makes me anxious. But the most important thing for me is Picxele™ when i wake up in the morning I do look into things for the same and Triupattaya Tushar and Tejaswini are champions in managing things along. By the side for WhyMedia - Podcast Production Agency i have got an awesome team in place where Akshay Rohan is brilliant at getting things done without any complaints from any person who visits our studio. And when it comes to The Ecosystem Community and all other community and fellowship related things Himanshu does all that in very well. For anything tech and all such projects, Anand manages well at RemoteEngine along with Harshit where both of them are right in replying to clients, where theirs a myth that "Developers don't reply" they surpass that. Big thanks to all the people who support and understand things that are clearly communicated 🙏🙌

Reflecting on the early days of my career journey, I can’t help but remember the internship I did with Rishav Agarwal at (integer innovation) now Picxele™ It’s been six years since then, but every Diwali, I’m reminded of that experience in the most meaningful way. Despite the time that’s passed, I still find my name on the Diwali bonus list. It’s a gesture that speaks volumes about Picxele’s culture and the lasting value of professional relationships. This small yet thoughtful tradition not only brings back memories of my early career days but also reinforces the importance of nurturing connections. Despite founding many ventures I will still love to do internship under him again

I am hiring someone at Picxele™ who has the following things 💪 --- Is smart enough to understand things with limited information available. --- Can ensure getting things by the client without getting irritated and knows the game of follow up. --- Eager to learn new things without wasting someone else's time (Work types can be Email Automation, Making Processes, Setting up Notion Boards of various Tasks and much more). --- Can help me save my time without making me explain things multiple times (I am okay explaining and teaching things but the person needs to figure out things ahead to complete the same). Freshers until 2 years of experience is applicable for this, full time remote role but if the person is in Bengaluru can be more fruitful. Salary we will discuss (But the person focused on salary as an initial metrics please avoid this) There is no other JD, Job Role, Description and anything else available for this please do not ask me for the same. Just shoot me a DM with "WHY" you can be the best person for this, if your message is bang in then we will speak. The joining date will be either December or January, shall be decided along 😄

We use this Big Whiteboard instead of any task scheduler 💬 For editors they usually work on 2 screens and they don't like opening sheets, calendar, task list or anything. To increase their productivity they will see what all they need to deliver today and will be on it. At WhyMedia - Podcast Production Agency we have a team of 6 full time editors sitting and editing Podcasts, Reels, Ads and much more. We list down all monthly deliverables of all clients where we manage the Pre and Post Production in this big white board. So that our team each and every one walking in the room knows what is next to be done and keeps an eye on it. It's so helpful that no one forgets the deliverables and timeline. Definitely this is an old traditional way but works super efficiently. What do you think about this method? Happy to know about the suggestions if any. PS: DM me if you are looking out to shoot your Podcast or Ads at our Studio in Bengaluru 💪
