We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Telecaller to connect with our target audience and help drive sales for our growing portfolio of services and products. Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven IT Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting our IT solutions clearly and compellingly. You will play a key role in growing our client base by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT services and products, identify business needs, and qualify leads. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective customers by providing relevant information and responding to inquiries about our services and products. Sales Conversion: Present our solutions effectively, highlighting how they address the client’s pain points, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline. Appointment Setting: Schedule sales meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably in IT or tech-related industries. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and present solutions clearly. Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services and products such as CRM, ERP, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics is preferred. Sales Acumen: Strong ability to handle objections, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships. Self-Motivated: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve targets. Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and leads. CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
