The visit involved a detailed data collection process and an explanation of how we approach Power System Studies to enhance system performance and reliability. #Challenges they faced The plant receives a 220kV supply and is currently facing: Relay maloperation leading to operational disruptions. Issues during transformer switching operations, causing inefficiencies. To resolve these challenges, we will be conducting the following Power System Studies: Load Flow Analysis, Short Circuit Studies, Relay Coordination, Unit Protection, Reliability Studies, Transient Stability Analysis.
