Mind Matters, in association with Reap Benefit, recently conducted an insightful session on “Exam and stress management” for the Jaldoots in Assam, who are student volunteers working under the Jal Jeevan Mission. These remarkable young changemakers are dedicated to water conservation while balancing their academic responsibilities - a true testament to their commitment to building a better future. With Reap Benefit as their mentors, they continue to take impactful strides towards sustainability. A special shoutout to honeyika H., Aabha jain, and Khushi Kapoor for conducting this valuable session, equipping these students with the skills to manage stress and perform at their best both academically and in their mission! Together, we are fostering a generation of leaders who prioritize mental well-being and sustainable change. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mindmatters #manipal #bangalore #karnataka #projectmindmatters #ngo #psychoeducation #assam #jaljeevanmission

MindMatters hosted a Mental Health Model United Nations. Our agenda for the session was "Governmental Assistance in Tackling Matters of Adolescent Mental Health and Development" The turnout and the session was prolific, our delegates who were represented different nations did an exemplary job in their roles. Events like these helps us understand mental health from a much wider perspective, and help us gauge a global knowledge of systems in place to solve mental health related issues. We are thankful to Mohammad Zuber sir and Sucheta Kolekar ma'am for their support in helping us with a first of a kind Mental health MUN!
