Yesterday, we brainstormed with Prof. Atul Goel and Prof. Abhidha Shah, two key collaborators and neurosurgeons from KEM (H). We discussed various grades of pituitary tumours and omics-based approaches to address their critical needs and explore potential new scientific collaborations. The conversation also highlighted the "burning needs" in the current research landscape, such as more robust datasets, better integrative analysis methods, and a clearer understanding of the tumour microenvironment. Recognizing these gaps, we discussed potential avenues for new scientific collaborations that could leverage our combined expertise to address these challenges.
