3-Day Soft Skill Training & Personality Development Programme The Placement Committee at NIPER Guwahati successfully conducted a '3-Day Soft Skill Training and Personality Development Programme' for second-year Master's students from 20th to 22nd January 2025. The programme was held in hybrid mode, offering students the opportunity to enhance their skills and boost their performance in upcoming interviews. Celebrating 100% Placement Achievement! 💫 Department of Pharmaceutical Technology (Formulations), NIPER Guwahati is thrilled to share that we have achieved a remarkable milestone of 100% placement offers for our PTF students of the 2022-2024 batch. Department of Pharmaceutical Technology (Formulations) is focused on pre-formulation and formulation studies to ensure the success of potential new molecules, particularly those with poor physicochemical properties such as solubility and permeability. The fundamental understanding of physicochemical properties and pre-formulation screening to develop suitable technology will lead to a successful drug delivery system. Further, the department also has a curriculum on generic drug development, and reverse engineering concepts for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of API’s and the excipients of innovator products.
