Located in the vibrant suburb of Byatarayanapura, Jakkur, in the city of Bangalore, our proposed concept for a commercial building combines modern simplicity with functional efficiency. Spanning approximately 1 acre, the design includes two basement levels for ample parking, a ground floor and first floor dedicated to retail outlets, and four upper floors designated for office spaces. Beyond its sleek aesthetic, the building prioritizes comfort and convenience for both visitors and occupants. Its orientation is carefully planned to maximize natural light and ventilation while shunning heat exposure.
