Last month, we had the incredible opportunity to welcome a group of international media & influencers to India for an exclusive unveiling of the New Nissan Magnite—a B-SUV that's bolder, smarter, and more dynamic than ever before. Kicking off in Chennai, guests experienced our top-tier manufacturing capabilities firsthand at our advanced Alliance manufacturing plant, followed by Delhi's unveiling event. The New Magnite is the epitome of advanced safety features, dynamic performance, and a Bold Inside Out design that defines Nissan’s One Car, One World vision. Following the launch, guests embarked on a cultural journey through Delhi's iconic landmarks and cuisine. As we move towards the future, I’m committed to making RNAIPL a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Recently we established RNAIPL’s very first DEI committee. The unique feature of this committee is that it draws upon the strength of the diversity that already exists in the plant and the employees nominated themselves because they are passionate about DEI. Our motivated team came together for a workshop on DEI concepts including Unconscious Bias. Looking forward to working with the team to accelerate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
