About us
The Riverside Learning Center (RLC) is a design and education organisation that was set-up to share and scale best practices from The Riverside School - a pioneering school that has received several global awards and accolades, including the prestigious World’s Best School for Innovation award in 2023. Built on the principles of design thinking, RLC leverages innovative educational methods to work with schools to increase student agency and empowerment, enabling them to graduate students with an I CAN mindset: children who are aware of the world around them and empowered with skills and knowledge to thrive in the 21st century. We work with existing schools, school chains and school systems as well as with new school founders in over 11 countries to increase student agency and enable schools to be design-led and innovative in their approach.
