Viraansh takes us through his experience of making it to the coveted University of Oxford, and how it has shaped his personality. He talks about unique aspects which sets Oxford apart from regular universities, such as interacting with the authors who wrote the textbooks that they read. Viransh has been awarded a full scholarship for an entire year at the University of Leiden. Viransh concludes by talking about how Rostrum has a three part effect in securing his application - proficient mentors guiding him through the preparation, then execution of the application and finally interview preparation, such as by Oxbridge Specialist Gwyn Day. Six years ago, Rostrum Education was just a dream, an idea born in London while I was tutoring students in economics and maths. I never imagined how far that simple idea would take us. Back then, it was just my friend and I, helping students in India, offering tutoring. But we had bigger dreams, and we believed in something more. In 2020, the world changed, and so did we. The challenges of COVID pushed us to expand beyond borders, launching our university application services and truly going global. And now, five years later, I look around in awe—Rostrum has grown to have offices in India, UAE, UK, and now we’re opening in Hong Kong! 🇭🇰 Opening our doors in Hong Kong feels surreal. It’s not just about growth; it’s about reaching more students, helping them dream big, and being part of their journey to success. We already have clients there, and I’m so excited to deepen our connections and offer even better services. This year, we’ve also taken the next natural step by launching our career services, helping students land jobs in top law firms, banks, and consultancies in the US and UK. After getting students into the world’s best universities, it’s only right that we support them in building their professional careers too. None of this would have been possible without the incredible team at Rostrum Education. Their dedication, passion, and hard work have been the driving force behind our growth. I’m truly grateful for every team member who has believed in this vision and helped us turn it into reality. Looking back, I’m filled with gratitude—for every student, every family that trusted us, and for my team who made this possible. And it’s been a busy September Seminars month at Rostrum! Rostrum co-founders Yatharth and Sanjog along with Oxbridge Specialist Gwyn and Ivy League Specialist Emmanuel conducted seminars across the globe this month for aspiring students - India, Hong Kong and Dubai. We had informative sessions at schools such as DPS RKP in Delhi to NAIS, Hong Kong, leading to a befitting finale - an Oxbridge and Ivy League Masterclass at JW Marriott, Dubai. The teamwork and collaborative spirit is what made the seminars successful. At the same time, Rostrum team had only one underlying goal - every student’s success. Interacting with passionate students who have clarity about their educational and career goals was refreshing to experience. We can’t wait to see where the journeys lead!
