Conceptual walkthrough of SPLENDORA, a high rise residential tower with bespoke landscape design on ground and terrace. It is majorly divided into 5 zones, i.e, HT line park in the entrance, water plaza, play area, garden of pillars and terrace park. The HT line park design aims to create a safe environment and enjoyable experience for joggers through a series of carefully planned landscape features and diverse plantings. Water plaza consists of an outdoor amphitheater, fountain platform, dedicated swimming pool zone. There is a dedicated outdoor kids play area and a multipurpose sports court. Garden of pillars consists of mushroom inspired feature columns, hardscape plaza connecting the pedestrian walkway on the rearside of the complex. SAGA Design Studio is excited to release the first images of the project -Cafeteria Design for the client CapitaLand @ building 6A The entrance experience is enhanced by a feature wall with masses and voids, texture paint, and planter boxes, complemented by contemporary minimal light fixtures. The design study of various furniture pieces and seating atmospheres aimed to create variations in the space, focusing on key elements like furniture, walls, and flooring. Six central columns have been deliberately smoothened at the corners to serve as a central highlight, while corner columns feature terracotta cladding. To efficiently demarcate the seating area around these six columns, floating ceilings, patterned flooring, and landscape planter boxes are used. SAGA Design Studio is excited to showcase our recently finished project in Hyderabad, India. A vibrant, 25000 square-foot office space, which is the headquarters of Bondada Group is recently inaugurated in Hyderabad. When a brief to design a new office space asks for something fresh, energetic, and modern – a space where employees enjoy being and crucially, enjoy working in, which helps them to focus on individual tasks but also to relax, collaborate, and create – we achieved that ambiance by maintaining simple tones of blues, greens and tan orange colour palate. This style of interiors is inspired from avant-garde art, which is bright, colourful and vibrant in nature. The proposal covers a large reception lobby, open workspaces, private cabins, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, breakout spaces and a beautiful garden space coming on the rear side of the plot. The scope of works which SAGA Design Studio received extends from office space interiors to façade design, landscaping and terrace garden planning.
