Strong partnerships build stronger nations. Today, we had the honor of welcoming Sh. Ravi Prakash, General Manager, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, to our facility. This visit reaffirmed the decade-long trust and collaboration between HAL and Samtel, which began with the formation of Samtel HAL Display Systems (SHDS) in 2007. For over 15 years, we’ve worked together to indigenize critical avionics systems, replacing foreign imports and strengthening India’s aerospace ecosystem. This partnership is a shining example of how public-private collaboration can accelerate India’s journey toward Atmanirbhar Bharat. From supplying over 1500 Multi-Function Displays (MFDs) for the Su-30 MKI to contributing to platforms like HTT-40, LCH, and ALH, we’ve come a long way in making India self-reliant in defence technology. As we discussed future opportunities during today’s visit, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation, deepening our partnership with HAL, and continuing to deliver world-class indigenous solutions for India’s defence forces. Here’s my take: ➡️ Pushing limits is great—but not at the cost of burnout. Challenging ourselves is how we grow, but constant grind can lead to fatigue. ➡️ Rest isn’t wasted time—it’s a performance booster. Some of my best ideas come after a weekend spent with my family or a holiday break. Rest fuels creativity. ➡️ Balance builds long-term success. Working smarter (and rested) gets us further than working endlessly. Sustainable success is about finding that rhythm. So, hustle hard, but don’t forget to hit pause.
