  • Climate Crisis: Experiences and Expectations - Voices from the Margin  Following the National Level Consultation on 'Climate Crisis and Mental Health in India', Sangath's Bhopal Hub recently hosted a half-day consultation titled 'Climate Crisis: Experiences and Expectations - Voices from the Margin'.  We were honored to have Dr. Rajesh Sisodia, Nodal Officer for Climate Change and Human Health at Rashtriya Swasthya Mission, Madhya Pradesh, and Anant Bhan Mentor at Sangath Bhopal Hub, as our keynote speakers.  During the session, community members and local NGO representatives shared powerful narratives about the impact of climate change on marginalized groups—particularly women, children, and laborers. Together, they also discussed actionable strategies to address these pressing challenges.  The Analysis, in collaboration with Sangath Bhopal Hub, presented an overview of the latest developments in the context of the climate crisis.  This event was supported by the Small Intramural Grant Award Initiative by Sangath and is part of Nidhi Joshi's ongoing work on Climate Crisis and Mental Health in India.  This consultation reinforced the importance of inclusive dialogues to drive meaningful change. Let's continue amplifying the voices of those most affected by the climate crisis.  #ClimateCrisis #MentalHealth #ClimateJustice #climatechange #CommunityVoices #publichealth #globalmentalhealth #Sangath #NHMMP
