The 22nd Convocation of UPES, held on November 23, 2024, was a momentous occasion, celebrating the remarkable achievements of our graduating students. The School of Business Convocation commenced with an inspiring address by the Vice-Chancellor, who highlighted UPES's outstanding successes and the bright future ahead, setting an optimistic tone for the event. This was followed by an insightful report by the Director of the School of Business , reflecting on the school's accomplishments and the achievements of its students. "The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests: Raj Shekhar Joshi Vice-Chairman of Setu Aayog, Uttarakhand, as the Undergraduate Guest of Honor; Deepak Kumar Swain Managing Director of Kongsberg Digital India, as the Chief Guest; and Gautam Khanna CEO of Hinduja Hospitals, as the Special Guest. For PhD and MBA graduates, May-Elin Stener the Honorable Ambassador of Norway to India, and Vartika Shukla Chairman and Managing Director of Engineers India Limited, were the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor, respectively." Their inspiring words resonated deeply with the audience, offering valuable guidance and motivation to the graduating class. Degrees were awarded to undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral scholars, while exceptional achievers were recognized with medals, marking the day with moments of pride and celebration. The School of Business extended its heartfelt gratitude to the distinguished guests for gracing the event. The ceremony concluded with a special tribute to the students—the very heart of the institution.
