🛣️ Great leaders don’t wait for resources—they create them💡 What if I told you a single man built a 100-km road connecting 3 states, without a single rupee from the government? Sounds impossible, right? But that’s exactly what Armstrong Pame, an IAS officer from Manipur, did. This wasn’t just any road. It was a lifeline, connecting remote villages to schools, hospitals, and markets. People who had been cut off from basic necessities for decades suddenly had hope, all because Armstrong refused to sit back and wait for funds. Instead of red tape, he chose action. Instead of waiting for permission, he made it happen. He rallied the local community, crowdfunded support, and personally led the construction of what is now called the “People’s Road.” Every stone laid tells a story of determination, courage, and a belief that one person can change the world. 👉🏻Leadership isn’t about power; it’s about purpose. It’s not about what you have, it’s about what you’re willing to do.💡 In 2015, Armstrong Pame was honored as India’s Most Eminent IAS Officer. But his real reward? Watching lives change, one road at a time. #ArmstrongPame #MiracleManOfManipur #LeadershipInAction #CommunityPower #Inspiration #MakeADifference #India #linkedin #jobs

  • Humanity is the top religion. Sikhism is all about helping others and this is the foundation of Sikh religion. We are helping 250 children with education.

When 22-year-old Harman Singh reached the site of the road accident in Auckland, he found a five-year-old young boy with a severe head injury bleeding on the road. Though his religious beliefs demanded he (and all devout Sikhs) cover his head at all times in public, Harman didn't think twice, removing his own and using it to help stop the bleeding till help arrived. His choice of humanity over religious beliefs helped save Daejon's life. Karma was swift for Harman Singh - who was still mourning the recent death of his father - as a New Zealand television crew interviewing him in his apartment noted the lack of utilities and furniture in his apartment. Taking it upon themselves, they coordinated with a local furniture store and showed up again at Harman's house, this time with a new bed, coffee table, sofa, and chair. Domino's, too, stepped in, offering six months of vegetarian pizzas on the house for Harman. He also received the district commander's Certificate of Appreciation at the Manukau police district awards. Source: Godyears

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 It was a pleasure meeting S. Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Honorable Chairman; Smt. Rinchen Lhamo, Member; Smt. Neelam Shami Rao, Secretary; Mr. Daniel E. Richards, Joint Secretary; and other esteemed members of the National Commission for Minorities office last Tuesday on behalf of my organization Scope For Change This marked a significant milestone as it was the first of its kind meeting where the Government expressed a strong commitment to collaborating with nonprofit organizations to address societal and minority concerns. I am confident this initiative will lead to a lasting, positive impact on society, paving the way for a sustained partnership. Over 50 nonprofits, each excelling in diverse fields, participated in this groundbreaking dialogue. The team provided valuable insights into various government schemes and shared practical guidance on engaging with different ministries for support. This initiative was a crucial step toward understanding the challenges faced on the ground and identifying how the government can extend meaningful support for creating substantial impact. A special thanks to Ramnik Singh Mongia and his dedicated team for making this initiative possible. Their efforts will undoubtedly contribute to a larger, transformative impact. #scopeforchange #humanity #minority #NationalCommissionforMinorities #NCM #GovernmentOfIndia #MinistryofMinorityaffairs Preeti Bedi Government of India Government of India Official Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Govt. of India Ministry Of Minority Affairs

  • 🌌 Exploring the Wonders of Space with Our Young Learners! 🚀 At the Scope for Change Learning Center, our junior students had an awe-inspiring session about space exploration! 🌠 Their curiosity knew no bounds as they learned about Sunita Williams, the incredible astronaut who faced challenges while living in space. From understanding how spaceships stay in orbit to discovering how astronauts survive in the vastness of space, the session was packed with exciting insights. The children were fascinated by stories of astronauts eating, sleeping, and working in zero gravity, sparking a flurry of questions and discussions. Their enthusiasm and eagerness to dive deeper into the mysteries of space were truly heartwarming. 💫 This interactive session has motivated them to learn more about space science in the future. 🚀✨ We are thrilled to nurture such young inquisitive minds who could one day aim for the stars! 🌟 #SpaceExploration #CuriousMinds #EducationForAll #FutureAstronauts
