Shoonya in Sanskrit means emptiness or void. If you look up at the sky, you see stars, moon, sun and other planets, but we often miss seeing the infinite empty space in which all the creation is happening. Shoonya represents this emptiness, that we can all touch and experience through ancient Yoga practices, leading to a life of infinite possibilities, with health and bliss at its core. The genesis of Shoonya lies in our collective journey as seasoned technologists with experience working in the USA, Europe, India led us to a shared realization - the need for a holistic approach to well-being in our professions where we transform ourselves to operate with ease, to live with joy and to execute with confidence. Driven by a passion to integrate the wisdom of ancient practices with modern living, we embarked on creating Shoonya.
