Our Community Leader for Period Tracking in Lucknow, Taruka Srivastava , recently visited the young female athletes at KD Babusingh Stadium to assess their compliance and experiences with Meri Khel Yatra—a personalized journal designed to track their periods, workouts, water intake, sleep, and nutrition. 🏋♀💧🍎 This low-cost, non-tech tool was developed under the Simply Periods Initiative, a part of the CSR partnership between Capri Sports , UP Warriorz, and Simply Sport Foundation, to foster menstrual health literacy and drive positive behavior change among grassroots athletes. 🌟 Through Meri Khel Yatra, we’re gaining insights into how such tools impact: Training and sports performance 🏃♀ Understanding of menstrual health 🩸 Behavioral transformation toward holistic athlete health. 💬 Ms. Taruka engaged directly with athletes to understand their challenges, new learnings, and how tracking is shaping their journey.
