Looking to hire 2 Interns for Customer Success Role at Skai Lama. Remote Role.
I might be biased, but I believe Customer Success is one of the most impactful roles you can take up early on in your career. It gives you the skill of working with customers and figuring out what it takes to make them successful.
In fact, any customer facing role early in your career goes a long way to set the right foundation.
Minimum internship period will be 6 Months. Anything less is too less for you or us to see any value from the internship.
This role can evolve into a Customer Success lead position, or if you have a knack for it, in a product role after the internship ends.
Compensation will be ~ Rs 25,000/month.
Timings: Since we serve customers in US, the timings for this role will be 5 PM to 2 AM.
What we do?
We work with E-Commerce Brands (primarily US, Australia, Europe), and help them with increasing AOV through our suite of Shopify Apps.
We're a 25 member team, bootstrapped and profitable.
You'll be working with the customers to help with the following:
1) Onboard customers onto our Apps
2) Resolve any onboarding or on-going queries on the live chat
3) Identify opportunities from Cross-selling other apps from our portfolio
4) Work with the product team to implement customer feedback
What will make you successful in this role?
1) Solid work ethic.
2) Experience with using SaaS tools
3) Excellent Communication Skills. Written and Oral.
4) High on Accountability and Diligence
We'll spend time to onboard you, teach you different tools, and hand-hold you till you're comfortable working independently. All we ask for in return is your commitment to learn and grow.
