The Space Robotics Society (SPROS) is a leading international organisation dedicated to advancing space technology and allied fields for a better, open, limitless and developed (BOLD) future. The International Rover Challenge (IRC), an annual space robotics engineering contest, is the flagship event of SPROS. IRC challenges university students to conceptualise, design, develop and operate an astronaut-assistive next-gen Mars Rover and perform specific missions in Mars simulated conditions.   • 'The space rovers and drones will soon be making their way to the mesmerizing state of Goa.' The Space Robotics Society (SPROS) is excited to announce that the Finals of the 2024-25 International Rover Challenge (IRC) and International Space Drone Challenge (ISDC) will be held at the BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus. The 2025 Finals will commence on Tuesday, January 28, and conclude on Sunday, February 02. The opening ceremony is set for January 28, marking the start of a series of space robotics activities. The upcoming edition is unique because, for the first time, we will organise multiple side events to honour exceptional students individually.
