🎉 Exciting News from Sparsha Trust Youth Skill Development! 🎉 Today, on April 15, 2024, we are thrilled to announce the inauguration of our new batch of America India Foundation (AIF) at Sparsha Trust Youth Skill Development centers in Bangalore and Mysore! 🚀 100 students have enrolled in the courses Advanced excel and Core Employability and Fashion designing and Digital Literacy and Retail Management in Mysore and Bangalore The program kicked off with a vibrant welcome song by our talented student, followed by an energetic dance performance, setting the tone for a journey filled with learning and growth. The event was graced with insightful alumni experiences, sharing their journey and success stories, inspiring our new students to embark on their own path to greatness. 🌟 The alumni students lit the candle and passed it to the new students, wishing them the best for a successful journey ahead. WE ACHIEVED IT  Yesterday marked a momentous occasion as we came together to celebrate the Graduation Day of AIF Sparsha Youth Skill Development Centre in Bangalore. Overflowing with pride, our joy knew no bounds as students from Mathikere, Mahalaxmi layout, Jnana Bharathi, Bagepalli centres showcased their incredible achievements. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Bharathan V, Executive Chief - Terminal 1 from HMS Host. His insightful perspective and unwavering support added an unparalleled touch of distinction to our event. Special gratitude to Mr. Afanan HR of Shakti Group, who also graced us with his presence. The event was presided over by the eminent Dr. D S Krishna, President, and Mr. Gopinath R, Managing Trustee. The stage was further illuminated by the presence of Mrs. Chitra, Co-founder, Mrs. Yashoda, CEO Sparsha Trust, Mrs. Revathi, Head of Communications, Mrs. Mamatha, Head of Early Childcare & Education, and Mr. Anil, Head of Women Lead, who all honoured us as esteemed guests, adding immense value to our celebration.  This year, the AIF - Sparsha skill team achieved a historic milestone by training 952 students and successfully placing 802 students in various jobs across Bangalore and Mysore . The Graduation Day was adorned with speeches from empowered youth, touching addresses from dignitaries on stage, cultural performances by students, and the proud moment of awarding certificates to our trained students. Special recognition was given to those who demonstrated exceptional punctuality and top-notch performance.A heartfelt thank you to the entire Sparsha skill team for their dedication and hard work in making this event a resounding success. On February 16th, 2024, we hosted an Alumni Gathering during which five former students passionately recounted their classroom experiences. They emphasized the profound influence of the course in enhancing their abilities and self-assurance, particularly in the realm of interview readiness. The techniques gleaned from the interview preparation workshops played a pivotal role in boosting their confidence during employment interviews. It was immensely rewarding to discover that they have all secured meaningful employment, enjoying their autonomy, and attributing their successes to the skills acquired through our program. 20m • On February 16, 2024, we hosted a guest lecture on Financial Literacy featuring Mr. Suresh Shetty, a Manager at ICICI. The session, lasting approximately one and a half hours, focused on the importance and meaning of financial literacy. Mr. Shetty explained how financial literacy empowers students to plan their financial future, highlighting aspects such as savings, secure investing, and prudent expenditure management. He discussed mutual funds as a potential investment avenue for the current youth generation. The session emphasized how financial literacy guides students towards a secure financial life, helping them achieve their future goals. Additionally, Mr. Shetty provided valuable guidance on the advantages, disadvantages, and risks of the stock market. Around 50 students attended, gaining insights into the importance of awareness when investing in stocks.
