SPCM was established in 2007 through merger of two successful firms namely Bora Kasat & Co and PM Katariya & Associates. Thus, SPCM is an integrated full service CA firm advising domestic and international clients for over 30 years and providing broad range of legal, taxation and advisory services to the commercial, industrial and financial communities. We are one of very few CA firms in India having a unique combination of corporate law and tax practice, and hence having an office of 13000 sq. ft. in Pune to offer all financial and legal services under one roof. We firmly believe that this provides an edge, which is most critical for the success of commercial transactions.

    Team SPCM at the BOKS Annual Conference 2024 in Paris Sanket Bora and Siddhant Bora had the privilege of attending the BOKS Annual Conference 2024 in Paris, representing the SPCM team. The conference brought together experts from around the globe to discuss the latest advancements and best practices in the field of Taxation, Legal, Audit, and Accounting. It was an incredible opportunity to gain insights into global trends, connect with industry leaders, and explore innovative solutions that are shaping the future of these fields. We are excited to apply the knowledge and perspectives gained from this enriching experience to continue driving excellence within the SPCM team. Special mention to John Petersson for inspiring us through a wonderful journey of his life and motivating us to overcome all the difficulties focusing towards the goal.
