These things will never get old, so the faster you build this muscle, the better it is! 1/ Getting along with people you disagree with. Because you will meet equally smart people who come to different conclusions, you feel some people are idiots, but only a few can be avoided. Many can’t. You have to deal with them diplomatically. 2/ Getting to the point. Like you, everyone is busy. Make your point and move forward. 3/ Don't be a jerk. Being a jerk offsets being talented, period. We are not taught this in school, but the sooner you realise this, the better. 4/ The ability to be comfortable being miserable. Accepting a certain degree of hassle and nonsense when reality demands it. They say, "When you can't cook and are hungry, just eat that dal/rice without being miserable about not getting a biryani". 5/ Don't be a slave to your calendar Have some hours or days without being married to your calendar. This is your time; it will move you above the average folks around you. And as SRK says, "Jo kuch nahi karte, who kamaal karte hai". If you exhibit all of these already, we are #hiring for a few product and engineering roles at Stable Money. I would love to speak to you!

"Is it wise to leave an 8-figure salary to start your own venture?" When I decided to quit my job at an algo trading firm to start up with Saurabh, most people around me thought I was making a mistake. But there was one person who told me, "You should go for it, what's the worse that will happen?" And that was Sandeep Tyagi. I joined Estee Advisors, where I had the privilege of working with Sandeep, the founder of Inductis and Estee. I was a fresh from college graduate but he gave me complete freedom to explore, experiment, fail, learn, and ultimately succeed. Often, knowing that the management believes in you gives you the confidence to go the extra mile and achieve exceptional results. I was promoted every year and received nearly all the employee awards during my time there. Even when I decided to move on, Sandeep was incredibly supportive, and I still cherish the thoughtful farewell note he wrote for me (attached here). After we incorporated Stable Money, Sandeep was one of the first ones to write an angel cheque. At Stable Money, Saurabh and I are committed to fostering a similar culture. Regardless of age, educational background, or past experience, we believe in giving significant responsibilities to those who are ready to embrace challenges and give their best effort. For us, it’s your effort and determination that truly matter. We’re looking for a few such rockstars to join our team: 1. Front-End Developers 2. Back-End Developers If you’re interested, send your resume to me via DM or email it to sumana.shankar@stablemoney.in

Growing up, I was the quiet girl in class—the one who barely spoke up. So, when I told my friends I wanted to be a lawyer, they were shocked. “A lawyer? Are you sure!” But my parents never doubted me. I remember after my 10th boards, Appa sat me down and said, “Why don’t you try law? You don’t have to be an engineer like everyone else.” It was a small moment, but it stuck with me. My parents always encouraged me to find my voice, to be independent, and to believe that I could lead. Today, when I sit across from regulators—often the youngest person in the room and sometimes the only woman—I don’t hesitate to voice my opinion. And every time, I think about how it started with my parents’ belief in me. Having said that, I wouldn't have come this far without my mentors - Vinod Raghavan, Rajiv Naresh, Prathyusha Kotamraju, Hina Doon and my incredible team back at Navi! Also, a big big thank you to Saurabh Jain, Harish Reddy and the team at Stable Money for believing in me. This one is for all the quiet girls 🚀

As I moved to Mumbai, I dedicate these lines to my time in Dil walo ki Delhi - “Age badhta jaayega, chaahe tu aana chaahe na Safar tera, mera, hamara peeche reh jaayega” Scrolling through LinkedIn in Mumbai’s traffic, while going back home, I came across a post from Saurabh Jain the founder of Stable Money. It was not yet another finance update - but Saurabh was sharing something completely unexpected: an original song called "Kaisa Yeh Safar” by Aviral and Harsh. As I listened to this beautiful song, its words hit different! After spending years in Delhi, a city that felt like home, building memories and friendships that I thought would last forever, I moved to Mumbai to start a new job and a new chapter of my life. Delhi wasn’t easy at first, and I know Mumbai won’t be. New city, new people, a new rhythm. But somewhere in the chaos, like I found myself there, I know I will have my place in Mumbai. The lyrics resonated with me on a personal level emphasizing about carrying the pieces of your past with you, shaping the future with those experiences. This campaign by Stable Money rightly conveyed with their new platform and song—life doesn’t stop, but financial stability helps us keep going no matter where we are. I will be honest, it truly is a unique way to establish a relationship with customers. One that they will remember anytime they listen to this beautiful song. If you haven’t listened to this song yet, just stop for 2 min, close your eyes and let it do it’s magic. I have added it to my playlist. Have you? Check out the song through the link in the comments! #KaisaYehSafar #stablemoney #Ad

Stable Money Collabs is here! On one of the customer calls, I spoke with Aviral Singh, a 25-year-old singer-songwriter taking his first steps in investing. As we talked through his questions, we found ourselves diving deep into life’s uncertainties. The desire to capture this shared feeling led to the song Kaisa Yeh Safar. Harshvardhan Rajpurohit and Aviral, two incredibly talented artists, poured their hearts and souls into writing, composing, and singing a song that reflects the journey all of us are on. This song also marks the first release under Stable Money Collabs, our new creative space to share stories of resilience and explore how life’s ups and downs call for preparation. I’m also thrilled to share Stable Money’s mission to help 10 crore Indians build their Emergency Funds by 2030. Listen to the full song in the comments, and let us know what you think! #stablemoneycollabs #KaisaYehSafar #stablemoney

I first met Saurabh when he was chief of staff to Swiggy COO back in 2019 & that was the only time I ever met him. Yet there are a few reasons why I like him - A. He always keeps smiling B. He is building Stable Money focusing on FD which is my most favorite financial instrument of all time while everyone keeps talking endless about stocks, MFs and such C. His LinkedIn posts are all about Stable Money & not about what's trending out there D. He couldn't have named the company better - it just sounds right E. He has worked with some of the brightest minds in Indian corporate - go figure yourself If you want to find a rockstar beyond Goyals, Kamaths of the world then here's one. Go Saurabh.

Should you buy shares right now because the markets have fallen a bit? Or perhaps get that land on the outskirts of the city? Gold is at an all time high - how about that? To discuss what to do and how to have a proper asset allocation, I sat down with Harish Reddy. He is the founder of Stable Money that helps people do FDs. Yes - Fixed Deposits! Are they really that bad? He doesn't think so. Neither do I. Our podcast is now LIVE. Join in. Link in comments.
