'The 4 columns by Swathy Sivaraman ' - Things to keep in mind while designing an office space! While layout, maximising natural light, and flexible workstations are important and common, here are some unique points to consider: 1. Design "quiet pods" for focused work or private calls, giving employees a retreat from open spaces. 2. Incorporate biophilic design with indoor gardens or living walls to bring nature inside. 3. Use movable walls and modular furniture to create a dynamic, ever-adapting office layout. 4. Set up themed breakout zones (like a café corner or game area) to encourage creativity and relaxation.

Columns are fundamental to the essence of a building, serving multiple crucial functions: they provide structural support, enhance aesthetic appeal, and create flexible spaces.
