Social Media Manager (1 year to 2 years experience) Location: Sector 45, Gurgaon (on-site) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals. Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Foster and grow an active, engaged online community. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launches, and brand partnership initiatives. Monitor and report on the success of campaigns. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Attend educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies. Team Coordination : To work hand in hand with different departments to ensure timelines To keep up to date with client feedback and maintain turn around times Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong team handling skills. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Ability to deliver creative content. Personal Attributes: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
