Hello, LinkedIn family! After five years of gaining invaluable experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer, I’ve made the bold decision to take the plunge and work independently, collaborating with industry experts. Today, I am thrilled to announce the launch of Swasti Engineers & Associates, a firm dedicated to providing Civil/Structural Design and Detailing Solutions. While the road ahead is uncertain, I’m determined to put my heart and soul into this venture. I understand that this journey may come with challenges, and there may come a time when I need to seek employment again (sarcastically, I hope that day never comes!). But for now, I’m excited to build something from the ground up with a focus on delivering quality work. In addition to this, I will continue to fuel my passion for education through my YouTube channel 𝗶𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗮 and the online platform ilustraca 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, where I create technical content and courses for Civil/Structural Engineers. I am also planning live offline programs in Kolkata for engineers looking to brush up on their basics, whether they are fresh graduates or seasoned professionals.
