It was a 2-day intervention with this team, starting with 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬 between the 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬. Thank you to the entire Medivant Healthcare team and special thanks to Mitesh Gandhi, Vaishali Vasani, and Taylor who brought together the whole team and awesome engagement. The 𝐃𝐚𝐲 1 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 focus was to bring about - Collaboration - Build bonds - Understanding Perspective - Open Communication Once ideas are presented, the team evaluates 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 by considering their feasibility, anticipated impact, and available resources. This 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 analysis often uncovers hidden 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 and 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬, producing innovative solutions that might have been overlooked individually.
