We’re Hiring: Accountant Location: Madurai Experience: 2+ Years We are seeking an Accountant with a strong background in Preparing and presenting financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, Preparing and filing taxes for companies and individuals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day -to- day accounting, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. • Prepare monthly / annual financial reports, budges, and forecasts. • Ensure GST, TDS, and tax compliance with timely filings. • Handle payroll processing and employee records. • Support internal / external audits and ensure compliance with regulations. • Optimize financial processes and stay updated on accounting standards. What you Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CA Inter preferred). • 2+ Years of accounting experience with strong GST /TDS Knowledge. • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools and MS Excel. • Analysing large amounts of financial data and identifying inconsistencies. • Able to complete their work on time, and use scheduling tools to stay organized. • Need to be able to adapt to new technologies, regulations, and business models. • Must have the potential to analyse numerical data from different angles. • Problem- Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
