In 2004, Tesco established Tesco Business Services (TBS) in Bengaluru to standardize processes, reduce costs, enhance business agility, and empower colleagues to better serve Tesco customers. Today, TBS operates from four locations—Bengaluru, Dundee, Budapest, and Waterford—with approximately 4,500 colleagues. TBS is dedicated to serving customers, communities, and the planet more effectively.
