TIPL IT Exchange On September 19, TIPL hosted its bi-annual IT Exchange, themed "Unveiling the Synergy." We’d like to thank our keynote speaker, Todd Kackley, Textron VP & CIO, for kicking off the event. The day was packed with engaging sessions on IT strategy and team achievements. We recognized top IT employees for their contributions, held a Synergy Symposium and Q&A, and had some fun through few employee engagement activities.

Celebrating 20 Years of Textron India Private Limited Textron India Private Limited (TIPL) celebrated its 20th anniversary with a special town hall and luncheon. Over the last two decades, our teams have been committed to delivering engineering design, support, and IT services to Textron’s business units. It was a great day with Textron leaders joining us to celebrate TIPL’s growth and success. We reflected on our journey and honored long-serving team members who had been with us from the start. We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together and look forward to many more milestones ahead!

Team Spirit-Sportsmanship isn’t just an individual trait; it’s a team ethos. We foster camaraderie, uplift teammates, and celebrate collective achievements.   We at TIPL celebrated Sportsmanship recently by wrapping up an exciting and highly competitive badminton and table tennis tournament, and what an event it was! A thrilling series of matches that showcased incredible skill and determination. Intense rallies and remarkable serves kept everyone on the edge of their seats. The energy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie were truly inspiring.   A big thank you to all participants for making this tournament a grand success. Your passion and spirit truly embody the values we cherish at TIPL. Let’s continue to foster a culture of health, teamwork, and sportsmanship in our workplace. On this #InternationalWomensDay, we celebrated the achievements and contributions of women across Textron. Here in Bangalore, our theme was ‘Sheros.’ Our event included a friendly competition where participants used art supplies to dress up one of their colleagues as their favorite “shero” from movies, comics, real life or even imaginary. The goal of our event was to express our admiration and respect for the women who have made significant impacts to the world. Join us in honoring the women who inspire us every day. #IWD2024
