Turning achievements into action 🌟 When our Mumbai headquarters received the 'Zero Accident Club' award, our team knew exactly how to celebrate - by brightening lives at the Jeevam Samvardhan Foundation, a girls' orphanage in Thane, Maharashtra. Together with our NGO partner Freedom for You, we installed water filters to ensure the girls have access to clean drinking water and provided bunk beds to make their rest more comfortable. It's heartwarming to see how this initiative is touching over 50 young lives. This is just the beginning of our journey in creating positive community change. In 2024, we conducted biodiversity risk assessments at all ten of our Indian factories, following the TNFD guidelines. These assessments identified three key sites for focused biodiversity risk mitigation and water scarcity interventions. In 2025, we will implement these mitigation plans to ensure our operations support ecological balance.
