I ended 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ with a MILLION+ impressions 😲 December 8th, 2024 — Decided to shoot and post 3 videos per week ( super ambitious you see 😅) 3️⃣ weeks later — — Only could post 2 per week 🙄 — Failed the habit 😕 — Faced newer struggles ( but learnt a lot 🙇 ) — 13,65,671 post impressions 😍 — Close to 7,00,000 people read/watched our posts 🤯 ⭐️ What WORKED — Aiming for habit/consistency more than acheiving the end-goal ( glad we could still do 2/week 😍) ⭐️ What did NOT work — Less preparations and trying to work during christmas break ( bad idea ❌ ) ⭐️ Learning — Add value , Stay consistent 💪🏻 Thank you for all the love you showed to the videos & posts 🙏🏻 Please continue your support as I strive to make content for professional and personal development 🤘🏻 #viral #videos #learnings #thesalesforceclub

The pandemic called COVID hit us within the first year of starting ALTOKK 🙊 Hear the story of building through those times and beyond — a team that I am proud of ❤️ The 2 hour long interviews(discussions) that I had with members joining our team 😅 Thank you Outliers' Playbook to bring out this story of ours which I have talked less about so far 😬 👉🏻The start . 👉🏻The thought process . 👉🏻The culture that we built . Lucky almost asked it all , almost 😀 . Thank you 🙂 Full video is out ( link in comments ) #entrepreneur #covid #teams #culture

  • “How should I introduce myself at #Salesforce events?” someone asked our Host and Founder Mr Roshan at an event. Well, there may not be 1 specific template as such. But it’s always advisable to rehearse your intros which must include your USP (Unique selling point) as well. Events are, at the end of the day, great networking opportunities. And potential doorways to future career opportunities as well. Listen to this short clip explaining why they are important and how to go about them. Full video will be out soon on our Youtube channel (Link in comments) Stay tuned and don't forget to follow us for more such useful content. #Introduction #Careertips #TheSalesforceclub

“How do I meet newer people at #Salesforce events?” someone asked 🤔 This is a situation people face most commonly, and yet are unprepared 🙊 Start with being “authentic” and do this 👇🏻 — Write your “intros” down 📝 — It’s fine to have 2 or 3 versions of Intros based on short , long, casual and formal intros. — Record it and rehearse it( audio or video ) and listen to it until you feel comfortable.🪞 — Please don’t try to please everyone.🙂 — Finally , be genuine about yourself.🤘🏻 Events are great networking opportunities & have potential doorways to future career opportunities. Listen to this short clip from my conversation on this. Full video will be out soon on our Youtube channel (Link in comments) Stay tuned and don't forget to follow me for more such useful content. #Introduction #Careertips #TheSalesforceclub

The Biggest Question of #2024 ? What did we achieve this year ! Not just for the world to see, but for our own inner reflections. 🤔 For me personally, 2024 was all about new experiments and experiences, and boy, was it a ride! 🤠 Video making being one of the prominent ones amongst all. Was it an immediate success? Nope. ❎ Did I learn a ton? Absolutely. ✅ Though there were more failures than successes, I prefer calling it “more learning than successes” (sounds better, doesn’t it?). Now, your turn! What was your 2024 like? What were your biggest lessons? And what’s that one thing you’re most excited about for 2025? Drop your thoughts in the comments! 👇 Wishing you all an amazing New Year from me, on behalf of ALTOKK and The Salesforce Club. See you in #2025! #VideoCamp2024 #Happynewyear #altokk #thesalesforceclub #Newbeginnings

  • What’s a “Good” Work status update?🤔 Let’s Break It Down! A status update is simple but super important. It’s about sharing specific details on your progress, like: 👉 What’s done? 👉 What’s pending? 👉 Any blockers or help needed? Why are updates important? ✅ They keep everyone on the same page. ✅ Avoid miscommunication. ✅ Help others plan better around your progress. A good update is specific and factual. Avoid generic statements and focus on clear milestones or data. For example: ✅ “The initial draft is 70% complete. I’ll finalize it after today’s review and share it by tomorrow EOD.” ❌ “I’m working on it, will let you know by tomorrow EOD.” Use the PBP Formula: 📌 Progress: What’s done so far? 📌 Blockers: Any issues or delays? 📌 Plan: What’s next? Tips for verbal updates: 🗣 Think clearly before speaking, clarity of thought leads to clarity of speech. 🗣 Organise your thoughts by writing for precise and impactful communication. Updates build trust and makes teamwork smoother. Want to learn more? Watch this video (link in comments) by our Founder and CEO, Mr. Roshan K., for practical tips on giving effective updates. Got more questions? Drop them in the comments! We’d love to answer them or even create another video for you. 😊 #Status #Communication #TheSalesforceClub

Is staying HOME during the holidays still a thing? Or have we all become full-time travel junkies chasing exotic sunsets and Instagram-perfect moments? 🤔 Growing up, holidays were simple. It was all about staying HOME, whether that meant our own cozy space or Granny's house where everything smelled like love and freshly baked cookies/sweets. 🍪💕 But somewhere along the way, that magic of HOME got lost. Now, it feels like staying put during the holiday season is almost… taboo? Like, "Oh, you didn’t go anywhere? How dull!" 🙄 But hey, can we take a moment to rethink that? How about planning a long stay at HOME, where we can really connect with family? Laugh over old stories, binge-watch holiday movies, and maybe (just maybe) recreate Granny’s secret recipes. 🥧❤️ This holiday season, my biggest takeaway was this: ✨ It’s absolutely OK to stay home. ✨ It’s perfectly wonderful to spend time with people we call FAMILY. So, here’s my question to you, what’s your holiday vibe? Are you a stay HOME person or an adventure awaits travellers? Drop your thoughts in the comments! 👇 Merry Christmas 🎄 Happy Holidays ❤️ #VideoCamp2024 #Holidays #HomeIsWhereTheHeartIs

Becoming the Indian cricket team captain… Becoming the Prime minister of India… Or Becoming a Salesforce Professional ??? And thats the point I wanted to make through the video … Next time when taking a career decision, consider these 4 points as a bare minimum 👉🏻 Past experience 👉🏻 Near and Far goals 👉🏻 Our strengths 👉🏻 Our weaknesses #careeradvice #SWOT #thesalesforceclub

Check out this video to know how to decide which career to choose. Our Founder and Host Mr Roshan K. spoke about the factors one needs to consider before choosing a career path, not just in Salesforce, but overall as well.
