While many organizations worldwide are issuing return-to-office memos, we’ve chosen to encourage rather than enforce behavior change. The pandemic redefined the way we work, from the highs and lows of productivity to blurred work-life boundaries, prompting us to rethink and reset our workplace definition. 🌏 In the wake of the pandemic, the need for human connection drove many of us to adopt a hybrid work model. However, what often fails in this setup for an individual is the chance to connect with familiar faces, experience the culture in person, and understand behaviors that go beyond the virtual realm. 💻➡️🤔 But we’ve chosen a different path—one that prioritizes choice, connection, and culture. ✨ To bridge the unspoken resistance to returning to the office, Neon Mixer was a week-long event where we saw employees traveling to build bonds, discover what’s happening beyond their usual circles, and infuse the workplace with vibrancy. More than 50% of our team participated, voluntarily contributing their time to build capabilities, enjoy conversations over coffee with colleagues, and satisfy their curiosity about what’s happening around them. It was an experiment to encourage people to come to work willingly. ✈️🫂 And the true measure of success? The conversations sparked, the smiles shared, and the renewed buzz in our corridors. 😊 Here’s to redefining the workplace, one connection at a time. 🧩 Ajay Kumar MS | Manish Garg | Padma Mani | Mridula Subbaraman | Khushboo Khilji | Neelakshi Kotnis #EmployeeExperience #WorkplaceCulture #TeamConnections #NeonMixers #EngagementMatters #Thoucentric #NEON
