Last week, we had the joy of collaborating with PlayArena for the Glow and Grow Microgreens Competition, where kids experienced their very first connection with nature. Through this competition, kids got their hands dirty in the most meaningful way—decorating their own pots, playing with soil, sowing seeds, and patiently waiting for the miracle of germination. Allow Life and Nature to Take Their Course The other day, I watched my pet play with her ball. It accidentally rolled under the cupboard, and she spent half an hour trying to grab it. Frustrated, she pushed it further inside. But to her surprise, that very action caused the ball to bounce back to her. This simple moment taught me a profound life lesson. Often, in life and business, we try to hold on, control, and force things to work our way. But sometimes, stepping back and letting things flow naturally brings the best solutions at the right time. The same applies to gardening. Over-nurturing plants with excessive water or fertilizers can backfire, especially when chemical fertilizers disrupt the soil's natural balance.
