At Delta we are committed to being a strong partner to the communities where our employees live, work and serve. As a part of this commitment, Delta Technology Hub extended funding support to construct a multi-purpose hall and refurbish washrooms at the Rachenahalli Government Primary School in Bengaluru. The objective of this initiative is to provide a well-equipped, safe, and stimulating environment for the students to learn and grow. The multi-purpose hall was inaugurated in the presence of Saif Ahmed Shareef, members of the United Way of Bengaluru, Delta’s non-profit implementation partner for this project and government representatives. #LifeAtDTH #DeltaServes #Community

#LifeAtUWBe Every great day begins with a comforting cup of hot tea or coffee. It’s more than just a drink—it’s a moment of calm before the hustle, a spark of energy to fuel ambitions, and a companion to all the brainstorming and creativity that unfolds. Here’s to mornings made brighter and ideas brewed stronger, one perfect cup at a time! ☕✨ A heartfelt shoutout to Sulakshana, who tirelessly makes more than 50 cups of hot beverages—from lemon tea to coffee and classic chai—twice a day for the entire team. Special thanks to Chandru and Victor, who ensure every cup finds its way to each desk, tailored to everyone's preferences. #CoffeeChronicles #CoffeeMornings #Tea #UWBe

Water bodies have always been at the heart of human life. From ancient civilizations to today’s urban landscapes, they’ve shaped our survival, culture, and prosperity. It’s time we recognize their true value and act to protect them 💧 The Indus Valley Civilization thrived along rivers, pioneering water management systems to sustain agriculture and trade. Ancient Rome built aqueducts that supplied water across cities, ensuring health and growth. India’s stepwells and tanks like Rani Ki Vav stood as marvels of engineering, blending functionality with culture – all of these shows water bodies were more than resources. Today, waterbodies are often taken for granted for various reason such as Rapid urban growth leading to encroachments, lack awareness about the ecological significance, Disconnection from Nature, Loss of Cultural Values, Ignorance of Interconnectedness resulting in Loss of Biodiversity, Groundwater depletion, Increased Urban Flooding, Climate Imbalance, Public Health Hazards and ultimately diminishing Quality of Life. Our ancestors treated water as sacred, understanding its role as the source of all life. Let’s honor their wisdom and act responsibly for ourselves and future generations. A healthy water body in your neighborhood is a step toward a thriving, sustainable city. Take the first step today - because where there’s water, there’s life. We truly look forward to collaborating such initiatives that drive environmental sustainability and create a lasting impact. ⭐
Target in India officers recently participated in a lake rejuvenation volunteering program in partnership with United Way of Bengaluru. The team spent a day at Nimbekaipura Lake planting native saplings and painting birdhouses, as part of an effort to revive the ecosystem in the area. The program also sensitized the team to how lake ecosystems work, and how the collective action of every individual can make a difference in preserving our water resources. As Pankaj Bagri, VP - Commercial, shared, "I'm going back with a lot more awareness about the issues we are facing as citizens in this city. I love that Target is doing so much towards the rejuvenation of lakes and I'm hoping that, not just as a Target leader but also as a citizen of Bengaluru, I can participate more proactively in such initiatives.” We’re proud to contribute, through such team member volunteering programs, to a greener and more sustainable future, aligned with our Target Forward goals.
