Emphasizing this, on June 17, 2024, a BBS (behavior-based safety) workshop was organized at Auro Textiles, Baddi, led by Dr. H. L. Kaila, an esteemed professional in organizational psychology and a pioneer of the BBS approach in India. ▪️ The workshop aimed at moving towards zero unsafe behavior to achieve the “Zero Incident, Zero Harm” goal. ▪️ Through this initiative, Vardhman Textiles Limited wishes to empower and give rights to every employee and associate in the group to be an active BBS observer for spot correction of “at-risk behaviors” of colleagues on a daily basis. ▪️A giant leap towards building an organization with a proactive health and safety culture was covered by 109 participants physically and 688 participants virtually across all Vardhman units.
