Merry Christmas from the Vegrow team! 🎄 We had a wonderful Christmas celebration filled with festive cheer and team spirit! The day kicked off with some exciting individual and group activities, including a thrilling "Flip the Bottle" challenge and a teamwork-focused "Make a Shape with a Rope" game. We also had a hilarious "Save the Ball from Falling" challenge that tested our reflexes and coordination. The festive mood soared as the FGAG Church team joined us with captivating carol singing, an entertaining skit, and mesmerizing hand mime performances. And finally, the excitement peaked with the eagerly awaited Secret Santa gift exchange! 🎁 It was a day of laughter, joy, and camaraderie. FruitX Mandi recently organized a successful Health Camp for over 100 farmers and their families in Jeewana. Despite a tight deadline, we swiftly collaborated with local healthcare providers to offer essential screenings, including ECG, blood sugar, vision, blood group, and blood pressure tests. Held on 23th December 2024, National Farmer's Day , the camp received enthusiastic participation and garnered praise from the Shri Deep Singh Dhanani (BJP Party Representative), Jalore, Rajasathan. He/She will act as a bridge line between the company & the farmers acting as the key problem solver in case of disputes/discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: 1) Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage farmer relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and value. 2) Procurement Management: Oversee the purchasing process, manage budgets, and leverage market trends to drive cost-effective procurement decisions. 3) Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement team, set performance goals, and foster continuous improvement. 4) Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and resolving conflicts aligned with business goals. 5) Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and sourcing dynamics to identify opportunities and onboard new suppliers. 6) Operational Efficiency: Build and maintain intelligence channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and drive operational success. Qualifications: ●    Educational Qualification of ABM Agriculture or Horticulture from reputed colleges. ●    At least 6 months to 2 years of field experience in souring Agri-commodities. ●    Exposure to working in 2/3 commodities & multi locations will be preferred ●    Should be willing to be on ground, work closely with farmers & open to travel across. ●    It should be well networked in the Agri World (Input/Output). ●    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
