If you have a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, team leadership, and strategic planning, we’d love to hear from you! About the Role: This position involves overseeing the financial statement preparation to auditing, treasury (Banking & temporary parking of funds), regular reviews and regulatory compliance for the Group. What You’ll Be Doing: - Leading the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations. - Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. - Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. - Managing audits and implementing best practices for financial integrity. - Overseeing banking relationships and treasury management. - Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team. What We’re Looking For: - A qualified CA with 10+ years of experience in the NBFC or financial services sector. - Expertise in IND AS/ IFRS , regulatory compliance, and financial modelling. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Leadership capabilities to inspire and build a robust finance team. - Knowledge of the electric mobility ecosystem is a plus! We are a diverse team of experts united by a common purpose to redefine transportation across the e-mobility landscape for a more sustainable India. Our fleet electrification solutions aim to help accelerate large-scale adoption of electric vehicles in India. We’re delighted to announce that our first customer will be Chalo, one of India’s leading bus transport technology companies. We’re looking forward to helping grow Chalo’s fleet of electric buses in Mumbai.   Launched by Macquarie Asset Management with anchor investment from Green Climate Fund, we plan to mobilise $US1.5 billion in the Indian e-mobility ecosystem over 10 years with the aim to deliver a potential lifetime reduction of ~9.5 MtCO2e of greenhouse gas emissions.   Find out more about us at vertelo.in
