Role & Responsibilities: Deliver New Partnerships: Take responsibility for delivering new partners in the MSME domain, including NBFCs, DSAs, Loan Aggregators, and Fintech companies through strategic partnerships. Relationship Building: Drive all aspects of partner relationships, including business development, enablement, operations, tech integrations, and solution development. Channel Growth: Grow the channel in the selected region multiple-fold by managing the partner pipeline and building long-term relationships. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate deal constructs, commercials, and agreements with partners. Market Intelligence: Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on regional sales performance and market insights. Travel: The role requires frequent travel within the assigned region. Desired Skills: Strong negotiation and indirect/cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Basic understanding of APIs and digital loan journeys. Experience working with FinTech, NBFCs, or banks in a business development role. Qualifications: 2 to 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or business development in the finance domain. Prior experience in managing B2B relationships in NBFCs, DSAs, Fintech companies, or banks is critical.
