About us

Vox Populi Research is a market research agency, specialising in Qualitative and Quantitative Research. We have a team of over 20 full time researchers. We currently have offices in Delhi and Mumbai, India. We combine exceptional research skills with business and marketing acumen to provide counsel to clients in different markets, facing varied business problems. We strive to understand consumers in many markets – India, the Middle East and North Africa, and South East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia and China). Our research methods and analysis are firmly anchored in the principles of social sciences – psychology, sociology & socio-cultural anthropology – to ensure practical solutions which have underpinnings in theoretical rigour. With each project we undertake, we strive to deliver excellence and strategic solutions. We can enthuse different teams to come together - marketing, management, advertising, and digital – to build solutions. We are often guided by our mentors - cultural experts like psychologists, sociologists, mythologists and professors of literature, who are the observers of cultural change; and partners to ensure the richest possible output for you. We are also quite active in the international research network and have presented papers at some of the most prestigious research conferences including QRCA, MRS and ESOMAR. ESOMAR • Presentation: ESOMAR Global Qualitative, Paris, November 2015 2 researchers from Vox Populi Research presented a paper titled ‘The Karma of give and take: How Culture affects the space of E-commerce’ with their client OLX. The paper was about how powerful forces of culture can impact the adoption of the modern notion of e-commerce. In India, myths that date back a thousand years still affect the psyche in relation to e-commerce.
